My Sprint broadband connection (via small USB modem for my laptop) stopped working a few weeks ago related to a computer problem. I spent some time on the phone with a very helpful and patient person who finally after an hour gave me some final instructions and we hung up.
Unfortunately, the final instructions didn't work. So tonight, I finally had a chance to call back to the number on the software for tech support (its the same number as on my statement, and was told it was after normal business hours, but 'The automatic system could handle my call, please enter your phone number.' I did and the the next message was to enter the service, broadband which I did and it tells me to call back during normal business hours. So much for 24/7 automatic service....
What say Sprint? Did I do something wrong?
